Key inclusion criteria
Unruptured intracranial aneurysms measuring 4 to 10 mm and Dome to Neck ratio is 1.5 or more.
Key exclusion criteria
Patients with contraindication of either cilostazl, aspirin or clopidogrel.
Patients expecting pregnancy
