Key inclusion criteria
1) Female full-time office workers
2) Participants work on a VDU more than 4 hours a day
3) Participants report local discomfort in the area of neck and/or shoulder regions at a level of 3
Key exclusion criteria
1) BMI (Body Mass Index) is more than 25
2) Having sign and symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders, especially, in the area of neck, shoulder and arms, and trunk, caused by accident
