To compare the anterior capsular contraction and induced astigmatism after cataract surgery between the eyes implanted with 7mm and 6mm diameter intra ocular lens for the patients with diabetes.

Key inclusion criteria
Patient whose age is 20 years old or more when agreement is acquired.
Patient who obtained agreement after enough explanation when participating in this study is received.
Patients with type II diabetes.
Key exclusion criteria
History of ocular surgery and inflammation.
Intraoperative complications such as posterior capsule rupture and severe iris damage.
Patient who is judged inappropriate for study.
