Key inclusion criteria
a) age => 18 years old
b) Performance status 0 to 2
c) no abnormal findings on ECG
d) no massive ascitis and ileus
e) appropriate organ function
1) WBC 3,000/mm-3 => or ANC => 1,500/mm-3
, Platelet => 100,000/mm-3
2) AST =< 100 IU/L or ALT =< 100 IU/L
3) Total bilirubin < 2.0mg/dL
4) Creatinine < 1.5mg/dL
f) no prior chemotherapy of irinotecan and topotecan
g) informed concent
Key exclusion criteria
a) pregnancy
b) severe infection
c) interstitual peumonia or lungfibrosis
d) symptomatic CNS metastasis
e) HIV infection
