Administration of 0.05mg ~ 0.15mg/kg/day tacrolimus, and the target trough concentration of 5 to 10ng/ml. Administered to taclolimus until an effect is seen.

The patient is resistant to treatment in the guidelines on nephrotic syndrome
Key exclusion criteria
Significant renal dysfunction (Cr> 5mg/dl)
