Patients including inflammatory bowel disease patients required to be examined by colonoscopy are subjected to precise observation with narrow band imaging with magnifying endoscopy of Peyer's patches in the ileum. Peyer's patches are histopathologically investigated and inhabitant bacteria are analyzed.
