1)lung resection is planned
2)Performance status 0-1
3)sustained organ function
4)able to tolerate general anesthesia
5)written consent is obtained
Key exclusion criteria
a)presence of background lung diseases
b)allergy to any of the inhalation drugs
c)pregnant or lactating
d)history of cardiac disease
e)patients whom doctors judged inadequate to the enrollment of this study by other reasons
