Time required for onset of sensory and motor blockade and duration of blockade
Key secondary outcomes
Block execution time, quality of anesthesia and amount of analgesics administered during surgery, percentage of patients requiring general anesthesia, and postoperative complications.

Key inclusion criteria
Patients undergoing knee surgery.
Key exclusion criteria
Patients who have contraindications to peripheral nerve blocks, a history of diabetes mellitus, or neurologic disease, or required general anesthesia.
