Primary outcomes Long-term event free rates from atrial tachyarrhythmia and major cardiovascular events including death, stroke or systemic thromboembolism, and heart failure after catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation.

Other related information This is a multicenter registry of patients undergoing radiofrequency catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation.
From 26 centers, mostly located in Kasai area of Japan, 5010 patients were finally enrolled in the study.
