case:the patient who is admitted to our hospital for overt gastrointestinal bleeding(hematemesis,melena,tarry stool)
control:the patient who didn't have gastrointestinal bleeding and received endoscopy in our hospital
Key exclusion criteria
the patient who diffuse the participation
