major adverse cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events (MACCE)

1) postoperative death (early, late)
2) MACCE + hemodialysis (HD)
3) serum creatinine (sCr) and brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) levels at 1 week and 1 year postoperatively.
