Patients with no prior EST therapy.
1)Platelet count >= 50,000/mm3,
PT-INR <= 1.5,
2)Patients who gives written informed consent.
3)Patients considered ineligible for this study.
4)Patients for whom endoscopic biliary drainage is difficult.
