This study elucidates how the difference of the clinical findings in psoriasis is related with the cytokine balance. In addition, the relation between the cytokine alteration by the treatments, such as anti-TNFa drugs or cyclosporine, and curative effect is examined.
Skin manifestation, disease activity, and curative effect will be correlated with semaphorin3A and alteration of cytokine balance.
Pharmacokinetics
Cytokine (IL-8, IL-18, IL-31, IL-33, and TNFa) and semaphorin3A in patients' serum and keratinocyte will be measured.
