1. Histologically proven thymoma or thymic carcinoma
2. ECOG performance status 0-2
3. Adequate organ function
4. Written informed consent
Key exclusion criteria
1. Severe co-morbidities
2. Symptomatic brain metastasis
3. Massive effusion that require drainage
4. Pregnant woman
