- Former adult patients who have previously undergone laparotomy for liver cancer, metastatic liver cancer, gastric cancer, colon cancer, etc.
- Adult surgical patients who have undergone gastrointestinal laparotomy under general anesthesia + epidural anesthesia within the past few years (mainly radical surgery for gastric cancer or colon cancer, etc.)
Subjects will fill out a consent form to participate in the study at the hospitals, provide oral mucosa or peripheral blood, and undergo laparotomy.
