Patients who had undergone major abdominal surgery in the last several years and who agreed to participate in the study with written informed consent
Key exclusion criteria
Patients less than 20 years and more than 75 years or those with severe complications

Baseline Characteristics
- Former adult patients who have previously undergone laparotomy for liver cancer, metastatic liver cancer, gastric cancer, colon cancer, etc.
- Adult surgical patients who have undergone gastrointestinal laparotomy under general anesthesia + epidural anesthesia within the past few years (mainly radical surgery for gastric cancer or colon cancer, etc.)
Participant flow
Subjects will fill out a consent form to participate in the study at the hospitals, provide oral mucosa or peripheral blood, and undergo laparotomy.
