1. 2024年1月から2026年5月までに回復期リハビリテーション病棟に入院した初発の脳梗塞または脳内出血患者。
2. 退院前30日以内に、麻痺側および非麻痺側への旋回を伴うTimed Up and Go Test（TUG）とFunctional Ambulation Categories（FAC）の評価結果が診療録に記録されている患者。

1. Patients with first-ever ischemic stroke or intracerebral hemorrhage who were admitted to a convalescent rehabilitation ward between January 2024 and May 2026.
2. Patients with medical records containing Timed Up and Go Test (TUG) results for both affected- and unaffected-side turning and Functional Ambulation Categories (FAC) scores assessed within 30 days before discharge.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. くも膜下出血の患者。
2. 両側性病変または小脳病変を有する患者。
3. 歩行が困難な患者。
4. 口頭指示の理解が困難な患者。
5. Mini-Mental State Examination（MMSE）が20点未満の患者。
6. 解析に必要な評価データに欠損がある患者。

本研究は、単施設における後ろ向き横断研究である。2024年1月から2026年5月までに回復期リハビリテーション病棟に入院した初発脳卒中患者の診療録を後方視的に調査した。選択基準および除外基準に基づき120名を解析対象とした。退院前30日以内に実施された麻痺側および非麻痺側への旋回を伴うTimed Up and Go Test（TUG）の所要時間を比較し、Functional Ambulation Categories（FAC）に基づく歩行自立度との関連を検討した。また、ROC解析を用いて、各旋回方向のTUGによる歩行自立の識別能を比較した。

This was a single-center, retrospective cross-sectional study. Medical records of patients with first-time stroke admitted to a convalescent rehabilitation ward between January 2024 and May 2026 were retrospectively reviewed. A total of 120 patients were included in the analysis based on the eligibility criteria. TUG completion times with turning toward the affected and unaffected sides, measured within 30 days before discharge, were compared, and their associations with gait independence assessed using the Functional Ambulation Categories (FAC) were examined. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analysis was also performed to compare the ability of TUG in each turning direction to discriminate gait independence.
