本研究の目的は、ストーマ保有者における装具貼付期間の実態を把握するとともに、装具交換頻度の決定者は誰か、またその際にどのような要因が意思決定に影響しているか、さらに装具交換頻度（貼付日数）に関する選好を明らかにする。

The objective of this study is to understand the current status of ostomy appliance wear time among people living with a stoma, to identify who determines the frequency of appliance changes, to explore the factors that influence this decision-making process, and to elucidate preferences regarding appliance change frequency (i.e., wear time).
