選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1. 本研究の目的、内容について十分な説明を受け、同意能力があり、十分に理解した上で自由意思により志願し、参加に同意した方
2. 同意取得時の年齢が18歳以上65歳未満の日本人男女

1. Persons who received a sufficient explanation of the purpose and contents of the study, have the capacity to consent, applied with free will with sufficient understanding, and agreed to participate
2. Japanese men and women aged 18 years old or more and under 65 years old at the time of obtaining consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 慢性疾患を有し薬物治療を受けている方、重篤な疾患既往歴がある方
2. 試験食品にアレルギーを有する方
3. アルギン酸塩含有食品を普段から多量に摂取している方
4. 利尿効果が表示された、または塩分の吸収・排出に影響する可能性のある医薬品（ナトリウム利尿剤を含む）、保健機能食品（特定保健用食品、機能性表示食品及び栄養機能食品）などを常用している方
5. 研究開始前1ヶ月間に、他の研究に参加した方、あるいは本研究同意後に他の研究に参加する予定のある方
6. 研究代表者の判断により不適格と判断した方
7. 授乳中の方、妊娠している方、研究期間中に妊娠の予定、希望がある方

1. Persons who have chronic illness, receiving medication, have a serious disease history
2. Persons who are allergic to the test food
3. Persons who usually take a large amount of alginate-containing foods
4. Persons who usually take medicine (including natriuretics), functional foods for health uses (specified health foods, functional foods, and functional nutrition foods) that have labeled diuretic effects or may have effect to absorption or excretion of salt
5. Persons who have participated in other studies within 1 month before the start of the study, or those who intend to participate in another study after consenting to this study
6. Persons who were judged as inappropriate by the principal investigator
7. Persons who are breastfeeding, pregnant, or planning or hoping to be pregnant during the study period
