日本語
本研究は、日本国内の成人を対象として実施された食環境整備に関する介入研究を対象に、介入の実施場所、対象者、介入内容、評価指標および報告された成果を体系的に整理することを目的とする。食環境整備と食行動、食意識、食品・栄養素摂取量、尿ナトカリ比、食品の販売数量および売上高等のアウトカムとの関連を整理することで、国内の食環境整備に関する介入研究の特徴と今後の研究課題を明らかにする。

This study aims to systematically organize intervention studies on the food environment conducted among Japanese adults, focusing on the intervention sites, target populations, intervention content, evaluation indicators, and reported outcomes. By examining the relationship between the food environment and outcomes such as eating behaviors, dietary awareness, food and nutrient intake, urinary sodium-to-potassium ratio, and food sales volume and revenue, this study will identify characteristics of food environment intervention studies in Japan and to clarify future research priorities.
