選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
病理学的または臨床的に膵癌と診断されている。
登録時点で切除不能または再発膵癌であり、根治切除を前提とした術前治療ではない。
palliative intentの全身薬物療法を新たな治療ラインとして開始する予定である、または開始直後である。
研究日記への時刻記録および質問票への回答が可能である。
本研究について十分な説明を受け、本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られている。

The patient has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, either pathologically or clinically.At the time of enrollment, the patient has inoperable or recurrent pancreatic cancer, and is not receiving preoperative treatment intended to facilitate curative resection.The patient is scheduled to begin, or has just begun, systemic drug therapy for palliative intent as a new line of treatment.The patient is able to record the time in the study diary and complete the questionnaire.The patient has received a thorough explanation of this study, and written informed consent has been obtained of the patients own free will.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
　　　　根治切除を前提とした術前薬物療法を受ける患者。
研究日記への記録が著しく困難であると研究担当者が判断した患者。
　　　　認知機能等の理由により本人から適切な同意取得が困難な患者。
　　　　その他、研究責任者または研究分担者が研究対象者として不適当と判断した患者。

Patients undergoing preoperative chemotherapy with the intention of curative resection.
Patients whom the study coordinator determines are significantly unable to maintain a study diary.
Patients from whom it is difficult to obtain appropriate informed consent due to cognitive impairment or other reasons.
Any other patients whom the principal investigator or a co-investigator determines are unsuitable as study participants.
