(1) 初回治療開始日が1990年1月1日から2026年9月30日までの症例
(2) 各施設にて子宮体部中腎様腺癌と病理学的に診断された症例（子宮摘出の有無は問わない）

(1) Patients whose initial treatment began between January 1, 1990, and September 30, 2026.
(2) Patients pathologically diagnosed with uterine mesonephric-like adenocarcinoma at each facility (regardless of whether a hysterectomy was performed).

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
(1) 病理診断を行ったプレパラートやホルマリン固定パラフィン包埋ブロックが保存されておらず、中央病理診断の実施が困難と判断された症例
(2) 研究責任者もしくは研究分担者が本研究への登録が不適格と認めた症例

Patients meeting any of the following criteria will be excluded.
(1) Patients for whom the slides or formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded blocks used for pathological diagnosis are not preserved, making central pathological diagnosis difficult.
(2) Patients whom the principal investigator or co-investigator deems ineligible for registration in this study.
