STAI（不安の状態とその特性を測定する評価尺度）を用いてGABAカプセル服用による不安状態の変化を評価する。

To evaluate changes in anxiety levels resulting from GABA capsule intake using the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI), an assessment scale that measures state and trait anxiety.

副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes

日本語
1) PSQI（睡眠の状態についての評価尺度）を用いて睡眠の質の変化を評価する。
2) WHO-5評価尺度を用いて、精神的な健康（幸福感）への影響を評価する。
3) 唾液αアミラーゼの測定結果を用いてストレスの生理的変化を評価する。

1) To evaluate changes in sleep quality using the PSQI (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index).
2) Evaluate the impact on mental health (well-being) using the WHO-5 Well-Being Index.
3) Evaluate physiological changes in stress using the measurement results of salivary alpha-amylase.

2．精神的な影響を与える薬物（例：抗不安薬、抗うつ薬など）を服用していない方

1) Those who have received sufficient explanation about the purpose and contents of this research, have the ability to consent, volunteered voluntarily after fully understanding, and agreed to participate in writing.

2) Individuals who are not currently receiving treatment with psychotropic medications, such as anxiolytics or antidepressants.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
