選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

以下のすべての条件を満たす患者を対象とする。

同意取得時の年齢が18歳以上100歳未満の患者
前立腺癌と診断されている患者
福島県立医科大学附属病院で限局性前立腺癌に対してロボット支援前立腺全摘除術を受ける予定の患者
本研究への参加について文書による同意が得られた患者

Patients who meet all of the following criteria are eligible for inclusion:

Patients aged 18 years or older and younger than 100 years at the time of informed consent.
Patients diagnosed with prostate cancer.
Patients scheduled to undergo robot-assisted radical prostatectomy for localized prostate cancer at Fukushima Medical University Hospital.
Patients who have provided written informed consent to participate in this study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
以下のいずれかに該当する患者を除外する。

高度の肛門疾患、骨盤臓器脱などの解剖学的理由、または疼痛により骨盤底筋力測定が困難な患者
認知機能障害や精神疾患により、検査手順の理解や測定時の指示に従うことが困難な患者
尿道カテーテル留置が必要な重度排尿困難または尿閉を有する患者

Patients who meet any of the following criteria will be excluded:

Patients who are unable to undergo pelvic floor muscle strength measurement due to anatomical factors, such as severe anal disorders or pelvic organ prolapse, or due to pain.
Patients who are unable to understand the examination procedures or follow instructions during measurement because of cognitive impairment or psychiatric disorders.
Patients with severe voiding difficulty or urinary retention requiring an indwelling urethral catheter.

本研究は、ロボット支援前立腺全摘除術を受ける患者を対象とした単施設前向きコホート研究であり、術前および術後1、3、6、9、12か月に骨盤底筋力を客観的に測定し、術後尿失禁の発生および回復との関連を検討する。

This is a single-center prospective cohort study investigating the association between pelvic floor muscle strength and the occurrence of and recovery from urinary incontinence after robot-assisted radical prostatectomy. Pelvic floor muscle strength will be objectively measured before surgery and at 1, 3, 6, 9, and 12 months after surgery.
