本研究の目的は、高齢入院患者に対するETSの適用が、塩味の最低閾値に及ぼす影響を明らかにし、その安全性を検討することである。

The purpose of this study is to clarify the effect of applying ETS to elderly hospitalized patients on their minimum threshold for saltiness, and to examine the safety of this application.

65歳以上の入院患者、研究の説明を理解することができる認知機能が保たれてる患者、研究の同意を得た患者

Inpatients aged 65 or older,patients with sufficient cognitive function to understand the explanation of the study,patients who have provided consent for the study
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
経口摂取が不可能な患者、病態により味覚評価が困難な患者、ETSデバイスの禁忌に該当する(ペースメーカー使用者、ボルト、人工関節)患者、研究の同意が得られなかった患者

Patients unable to take food or drink orally, patients for whom taste assessment is difficult due to their medical condition, patients for whom the ETS device is contraindicated (e.g., those with pacemakers, metal bolts, or artificial joints),patients from whom consent for the study could not be obtained.
