切除不能遠位悪性胆管狭窄症例に対するEGIS Biliary Stent Double Bare type（DBS）の有用性と安全性を評価するために、 Fully covered type（FCSEMS）のSEMSとの比較検討を後ろ向きに行うことである。

The aim of this study is to evaluate the usefulness and safety of the EGIS biliary stent double bare type for unresectable distal malignant biliary strictures through a retrospective comparative study against fully covered self expandable metal stents.

研究参加拒否の申し出があった患者
治療直後に転院したなどの理由で治療後の経過を追うことができない患者
診療録から解析に必要な項目を十分に抽出できない患者
