本研究では，オンラインによるソーシャルエモーショナルラーニング（SEL）プログラムを，小学校教師を対象に実施し，ウェルビーイングに対する効果を，介入を実施しない群との比較により検証することを目的とする。

The purpose of this study is to conduct an online program on Social Emotional Learning (SEL) for elementary school teachers and to evaluate its effectiveness in enhancing well-being, by comparison with the group without intervention.
