1. 研究対象大学に所属し、看護学実習を履修する3年生または4年生の成人学生
2. 研究内容について説明を受け、自由意思により研究参加に同意した者
3. 介入群または対照群への無作為割付に同意した者

1. Adult third- or fourth-year nursing students enrolled in a clinical practicum at the study university.
2. Students who voluntarily provide informed consent to participate in the study.
3. Students who agree to random assignment to either the intervention or control group.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1. 研究参加または無作為割付に同意しない者
2. 研究内容を理解し、自由意思による同意を行うことが困難な者
3. 実習前後の調査への回答、研究IDの使用、その他の研究手続きへの参加が困難な者
4. 過去に本研究に参加した者

1. Students who do not consent to study participation or random assignment.
2. Students who are unable to understand the study information or provide voluntary informed consent.
3. Students who are unable to complete the pre- and post-practicum assessments, use a study ID, or participate in the required study procedures.
4. Students who have previously participated in this trial.
