本研究は、健常大学生を対象として、運動課題前に実施するStroop課題が、視覚運動適応課題における運動学習、学習過程および翌日の保持に及ぼす影響を検討することを目的とする。

Stroop課題群
1日目に1回、15分間のStroop課題を実施する。参加者は、画面上に提示された色名単語の意味ではなく文字色に対応して回答する。Stroop課題終了後、30秒間の休憩を挟み、75°の視覚回転を伴う視覚運動適応課題を100試行実施する。介入は1日のみ、1回実施する。

Participants perform one 15-min Stroop task on Day 1. They are instructed to respond according to the ink color of the presented color word rather than its semantic meaning. After the Stroop task, participants rest for 30 s and then perform 100 trials of a visuomotor adaptation task with a 75-degree visual rotation. The intervention is administered once on a single day.

After the control task, participants rest for 30 s and then perform 100 trials of a visuomotor adaptation task with a 75-degree visual rotation. The intervention is administered once on a single day.

2. 本研究の趣旨および内容を理解し、文書による同意が得られた者

1. Right-handed university students aged 18 years or older.
2. Individuals who understand the purpose and procedures of the study and provide written informed consent.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1. 自己申告により、上肢運動に支障を来す疼痛、整形外科疾患または神経疾患を有する者
2. 精神疾患の既往を有する者
3. 視覚刺激の認識または実験課題の遂行が困難と判断される者

1. Individuals who self-report pain, orthopedic disorders, or neurological disorders that may interfere with upper-limb movement.
2. Individuals with a history of psychiatric disorders.
3. Individuals judged to have difficulty perceiving the visual stimuli or performing the experimental tasks.
