１）同意取得時において、年齢18歳以上、25歳以下の健康的な成人である者
２）研究参加について十分な説明を受けた後、十分に理解した上、本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた者

1. Healthy men and women aged 18 to 25 years at the time of obtaining consent
2. Those who have received sufficient explanation about participation in the study, fully understand it, and have provided written consent of their own free will

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
１）精神疾患、睡眠障害などによって、定期的な通院や服薬を行っている者
２）身体疾患、外傷で治療中の者
３）眼疾患の既往歴を有する者
４）消化管疾患または腹部手術のの既往歴を有する者
５）嚥下障害を有する者
６）実験当日・翌日にMRIなど電磁波の使用予定のある者
７）カプセル服用で問題が生じたことがある者
８）夜勤を行っている者
９）過去2か月以内に海外渡航歴がある者、または実験期間中に海外渡航を予定している者
１０）ニコチンを常用している者
１１）無月経、または著しく不規則な月経周期の者
１２）その他、研究責任者が本研究の実施に不適切と判断した者

1) Individuals currently undergoing regular medical visits or taking medication for conditions such as mental disorders or sleep disorders
2) Individuals currently receiving treatment for physical illnesses or injuries
3) Individuals with a history of eye disease
4) Individuals with a history of gastrointestinal disease or abdominal surgery
5) Individuals with swallowing disorders
6) Individuals scheduled to undergo procedures involving electromagnetic waves (such as MRI) on the day of the experiment or the following day
7) Individuals who have previously experienced problems when taking capsules
