定量的感覚検査のうち、圧痛閾値、時間的荷重、条件刺激性疼痛調節を運動もしくは腰椎への徒手療法の前後で測定する。

The pressure pain threshold, temporal summation of pain and conditioned pain modulation are among the quantitative sensory tests measured before and after exercise or manual therapy.

日本語
被験者は腹臥位からの腰椎伸展自動運動、膝をついての腕立て伏せを実施もしくは腰椎への徒手療法を提供してもらう。これらの介入は無作為な順番で実施する。介入の前後で膝周囲と前腕部での圧痛閾値、時間的荷重、条件刺激性疼痛調節を測定する。

Participants will perform active lumbar extension from the prone position and push-ups on their knees, or receive manual therapy to the lumbar spine. These interventions will be administered in a randomized order. Before and after the interventions, we will measure the pressure pain thresholds, temporal summation of pain, and conditioned pain modulation in the areas around the knees and the forearms.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

18歳以上の者、変形性膝関節症の診断を受けている者、腹臥位からの腰椎伸展自動運動や膝をついての腕立て伏せが実施可能な者

Individuals 18 years of age or older, individuals diagnosed with osteoarthritis of the knee and individuals who are capable of performing active lumbar extension exercises in a prone position and push-ups on their knees.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
妊娠している者や妊娠の可能性がある者、認知症、精神疾患の診断を受けている者、運動の実施に影響を与える可能性のある中枢性疾患、神経難病の診断を受けている者、肩や股関節、腰部などの痛みを有しており、予定している運動・回数が実施できない可能性がある者
、医師から運動を止められている者

Individuals who are pregnant or may be pregnant; individuals diagnosed with dementia or a mental illness; individuals diagnosed with a central nervous system disorder or an intractable neurological disease that may affect their ability to exercise; individuals experiencing pain in the shoulders, hips, lower back, or other areas that may prevent them from performing the planned exercises or meeting the required frequency; and individuals who have been advised by a doctor not to exercise
