目的/Objectives

日本語
本研究の目的は、嚥下障害者を在宅で介護する家族介護者を対象に、ピアサポート交流会と嚥下調整食の料理教室を組み合わせた介入プログラムを試行し、以下の点を明らかにすることである。
①　介入プログラムが、介護者が求める支援内容に合致しているか（有用性、満足度、実用性等）
②　介入前後における介護負担感及び健康関連QOL（生活の質）の変化
③　本格的な介入研究の実施に向けた、介護者のニーズ及び運営上の課題

The purpose of this study is to conduct a pilot intervention program -- combining peer support meetings with cooking classes for dysphagia-adjusted meals -- targeted at family caregivers providing home care to individuals with dysphagia, with the aim of clarifying the following points:
1.Whether the intervention program aligns with the types of support sought by caregivers:usefulness, satisfaction, practicality, etc.
2.Changes in perceived caregiving burden and health-related quality of life (QOL) before and after the intervention
3.Caregivers' needs and operational challenges in preparation for conducting a full-scale intervention study

①　在宅で摂食嚥下障害を有する者を介護している家族介護者
②　次のいずれかに該当する者
（ア）先行研究（科研費 若手研究 22K17627）のアンケートに回答し、研究者からの再連絡を了承している者
（イ）近石病院、名古屋市立大学医学部附属リハビリテーション病院等で配布・掲示した研究案内（チラシ・ポスター）を見て、自ら参加を申し出た者
③　同意取得時点で18歳以上の者
④　質問票への回答に必要な認知能力を有する者
⑤　本研究への参加について、文書（オンライン参加者は電磁的方法）による同意が得られた者

(1) Family caregivers who care for individuals with dysphagia at home
(2)Individuals who meet any of the following criteria
(a) Individuals who responded to the questionnaire for a previous study (Grant-in-Aid for Young Scientists, 22K17627) and have agreed to be contacted again by the researchers
(b) Individuals who saw the research information (flyers or posters) distributed or displayed at Chikaishi Hospital, the Rehabilitation Hospital Affiliated with Nagoya City University School of Medicine, or other locations, and voluntarily offered to participate
(3) Individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time consent is obtained
(4) Individuals who possess the cognitive ability necessary to complete the questionnaire
(5) Individuals from whom written consent (or electronic consent for online participants) to participate in this study has been obtained

②　その他、研究責任者が本研究の研究対象者として不適当と判断した者

(1) Individuals whom the principal investigator determines would experience excessive psychological stress from participating in the social gathering
(2) Any other individuals whom the principal investigator determines are unsuitable as research participants for this study
