PICU特化型シミュレーション教育プログラムが、PICU急変病態に対するモニター情報統合型病態認識能力、critical action遂行能力およびチームパフォーマンスに与える影響を、シミュレーション環境下で前向きに評価することである。

The aim of this study is to prospectively evaluate, in a simulated environment, the impact of a PICU-specific simulation-based educational program on integrated recognition of critical illness based on physiological monitor data, critical action performance, and team performance during pediatric intensive care emergencies.

主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

一次アウトカムであるCritical Action Scoreについて記述統計を行う。参加者背景、シナリオ種別、職種構成による差については探索的に検討する。反復測定が得られた場合には混合効果モデルを用いた解析を行う。

Descriptive statistics will be used to summarize the primary outcome, the Critical Action Score. Differences according to participant characteristics, scenario type, and team composition will be explored as exploratory analyses. If repeated measurements are obtained, data will be analyzed using a mixed-effects model.
