次の①から④のいずれかに該当し、研究参加への同意が得られた者。①自治体職員（幸手市、日高市、横浜市戸塚区の職員および地域包括支援センター等の職員）、②研究者所属機関の教職員、③地域在住の20から64歳の住民、④医療・介護施設の従業員

Individuals who meet any of the following and provide consent: (1) local government employees (Satte City, Hidaka City, Totsuka Ward of Yokohama City, and community general support centers); (2) faculty and staff of the investigators' institutions; (3) community residents aged 20-64 years; (4) employees of medical and long-term care facilities

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

未成年者／本人からの同意取得が困難な者／研究への理解や同意が得られない者／医療機関等から運動の実施を止められている者／検査・測定の実施に支障が生じる著しい心身の障害を有する者
