フローダイバーター留置前後に治療側中大脳動脈の血流速度を経時的に測定し、その変化を明らかにする。TCD測定値と術後の臨床所見、画像所見、および出血性・虚血性合併症との関連を探索する。

FD留置術前日、術直後、術翌日、その後の入院期間中に両側中大脳動脈を原則としてTCDで測定する。術翌日に頭部MRIを撮影し、経過中に新規症状等の変化があれば追加撮影する。FD留置術自体は臨床上の予定治療であり、研究目的の割付は申請書に記載されていない。

Transcranial Doppler ultrasonography is performed before flow diverter placement (the preceding day), immediately after the procedure, on postoperative day 1, and during subsequent hospitalization. The bilateral middle cerebral arteries are assessed when feasible. Brain MRI is performed on postoperative day 1 and repeated if new symptoms or other clinical changes occur during follow-up. Flow diverter placement is clinically planned; no research-based allocation of treatment is described.

脳動脈瘤に対してフローダイバーター留置術を予定している患者。
本研究への参加について、本人から同意が得られた患者。

Patients scheduled for flow diverter placement for an intracranial aneurysm.
Patients who provide consent to participate in the study

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
TCDによる対象血管の血流速度測定が困難な患者。
その他、研究責任者が研究への参加を不適当と判断した患者。

Patients in whom blood flow velocity in the target vessel cannot be measured using transcranial Doppler ultrasonography.
Patients considered unsuitable for study participation by the principal investigator.
