非着用条件：弾性ストッキングと同程度の厚みの薄手ジャージ素材の衣類を下腿に着用し、APG測定（約60分）を1回行う。

No-compression condition: a thin jersey garment of similar thickness is worn on the lower leg, and APG measurement (approx. 60 min) is performed once.

弱圧条件：医療用弾性ストッキング（18-21 mmHg、Sigvaris クラスⅠ）を着用し、APG測定を1回行う。

②本人から文書で同意を得られる者

(1) Students enrolled at the Narita Campus of International University of Health and Welfare
(2) Individuals who provide written informed consent
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

①下肢の血管疾患既往（深部静脈血栓症、下肢静脈瘤等）を有する者
②下肢手術歴または整形外科的疾患を有する者
③神経筋疾患を有する者
④明らかな下肢浮腫を認める者
⑤BMI 30以上の者
⑥研究責任者が指導する卒業研究ゼミに所属する学生

(1) History of lower-limb vascular disease (e.g., deep vein thrombosis, varicose veins)
(2) History of lower-limb surgery or orthopedic disease
(3) Neuromuscular disease
(4) Apparent lower-limb edema
(5) BMI of 30 or higher
(6) Students in the graduation research seminar supervised by the principal investigator
