選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1) 国際医療福祉大学成田キャンパスに在学している男子学生
2) 研究参加について、本人から自由意思による文書同意が得られる者

1) Male students enrolled at the Narita Campus of the International University of Health and Welfare
2) Individuals who provide voluntary written informed consent to participate in the study
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
1) 慢性疾患（糖尿病、高血圧症、末梢血管疾患を含む循環器疾患）を有する者
2) 過去6か月以内に下肢の負傷（股・膝・足関節疾患、骨折や捻挫などの外傷）を負った者
3) 研究実施前24時間以内にアルコールまたはカフェインを摂取した者
4) 研究責任者が指導教員を務める卒業研究ゼミに所属する学生

1) Individuals with chronic diseases (diabetes mellitus, hypertension, or cardiovascular disease including peripheral vascular disease)
2) Individuals who have had a lower-limb injury (hip, knee, or ankle disorder, or trauma such as fracture or sprain) within the past 6 months
3) Individuals who have consumed alcohol or caffeine within 24 hours before the experiment
4) Students belonging to the graduation research seminar supervised by the principal investigator
