選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

患者
1.腎生検によりIgANと診断されている者
2.直近の腎機能検査において、eGFR≧20mL/分/1.73m2である者
3.調査実施時において、診療または経過観察中であり、主治医が参加を適当と判断した者
4.調査に対して自ら回答が可能な者

医師
1.腎臓内科専門医である者
2.直近１年間にIgAN患者に対して薬物療法を実施した経験を有する者
3.本調査への参加に同意した者

Patients
1. Diagnosis of IgAN confirmed by renal biopsy.
2. An eGFR of >=20 mL/min/1.73 m2 at the most recent renal function assessment.
3. Under medical care or follow-up at the time of the survey and considered eligible for participation by the treating physician.
4. Able to complete the survey independently.
 
Physicians
1. Board-certified nephrologists.
2. Experience providing pharmacological treatment to patients with IgAN within the past 12 months.
3. Agreement to participate in the survey.

2.現在、透析療法を受けている者
3.腎移植を受けた既往がある者

1.Patients with secondary IgA nephropathy (IgAN).
2.Patients who are currently receiving dialysis therapy.
3.Patients with a history of kidney transplantation.

Physicians
1.No specific exclusion criteria.
