除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1) 高血圧症及び心血管疾患の既往歴のある者
2) 医師により摂食障害と診断され，通院や服薬をしている者
3) 医師により精神障害と診断され，通院や服薬をしている者
4) 医師により睡眠障害と診断され，通院や服薬をしている者
5) 医師により整形外科的疾患と診断され，通院や服薬をしている者
6) 医師により代謝性疾患と診断され，通院や服薬をしている者
7) 習慣的にアルコールを過剰に摂取している者
8) 習慣的に喫煙を行っている者
9) 疾患や個人の特性により，走運動の実施や身体活動評価に大きな影響が生じると考えられる者
10）オーバーリーチングやオーバートレーニングと診断されている者
11) 夜勤勤務等により，睡眠覚醒リズムが著しく不規則な者
12) 規定食に含まれる食品に対してアレルギーを有する者
　　卵・乳成分・小麦・牛肉・ごま・さば・大豆・鶏肉・豚肉・バナナ・りんご・ゼラチン・アーモンド・魚醤（魚介類）
13) 心拍変動測定用のアプリをインストールすることができない、あるいはアプリの使用に同意しない者
14) 合成樹脂に対するアレルギーを有する者

1. Individuals with a history of hypertension or cardiovascular disease
2. Individuals who have been diagnosed with an eating disorder by a physician and are currently receiving medical treatment or taking medication for the condition
3. Individuals who have been diagnosed with a psychiatric disorder by a physician and are currently receiving medical treatment or taking medication for the condition
4. Individuals who have been diagnosed with a sleep disorder by a physician and are currently receiving medical treatment or taking medication for the condition
5. Individuals who have been diagnosed with an orthopedic disorder by a physician and are currently receiving medical treatment or taking medication for the condition
6. Individuals who have been diagnosed with a metabolic disorder by a physician and are currently receiving medical treatment or taking medication for the condition
7. Individuals who habitually consume excessive amounts of alcohol
8. Individuals who habitually smoke
9. Individuals with a medical condition or individual characteristic that is considered likely to substantially affect their ability to perform running exercise or the assessment of physical activity
10. Individuals who have been diagnosed with overreaching or overtraining
11. Individuals with markedly irregular sleep-wake rhythms due to night-shift work or other circumstances
12. Individuals with allergies to any foods contained in the standardized meals, including eggs, milk, wheat, beef, sesame, mackerel, soybeans, chicken, pork, bananas, apples, gelatin, almonds, or fish sauce
13. Individuals who are unable to install the application used for heart rate variability measurement or who do not agree to use the application
14. Individuals with an allergy to synthetic resins
