目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
おむつ皮膚炎発症と関連することが明らかになっている成分（Anaerococcus vaginalisが産生する細胞障害性を有する有害物質を抑制する効果を有することが実験で示されている成分）を含有したクリームが、乳児のおむつ皮膚炎の予防・改善に効果があるのかどうかを明らかにすることを目的に、ランダム化比較試験を行う。

A randomized controlled trial will be conducted to determine whether a cream containing an ingredient -which has been shown in experiments to inhibit the cytotoxic substances produced by Anaerococcus vaginalis, a microorganism known to be associated with the onset of diaper dermatitis - is effective in preventing and improving diaper dermatitis in infants.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

以下すべての条件を満たす乳児を試験対象とする。
１．同意取得時点で生後6か月未満の乳児であること
２．両親が日本人である乳幼児であること
３．研究対象者およびその保護者が、すべての観察日に来訪可能であること
４．これまでに、おしりが赤くなったことがある乳児であること
（おむつかぶれを発症したことがあるという保護者の認識があることを指す、診断は不要で、重症度を問わない）

Infants who meet all of the following criteria will be included in the study.
1. The infant must be under 6 months of age at the time consent is obtained.
2. The infant must have both Japanese parents.
3. The study participant and their parent must be able to visit on all observation days.
4. The infant must have previously experienced redness on the buttocks.
(This refers to the parent' s perception that the infant has had diaper dermatitis; a formal diagnosis is not required, and the severity is irrelevant.)

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

１．継続的な投薬を必要とする慢性疾患または先天性疾患
２．アトピー性皮膚炎の診断を受け、かつリクルート時点で治療を受けている乳児
３. 本研究への参加・情報を使用することに対し拒否の申し出を行った者

1. Chronic or congenital conditions requiring ongoing medication
2. Infants diagnosed with atopic dermatitis who are undergoing treatment at the time of recruitment
3. Individuals who have refused to participate in this study or to have their information used
