1.WEBによる同意取得時の年齢が、20歳以上60歳未満の日本人男性及び女性
2.日常的に週1回以上の飲酒習慣がある者
3.観察期間中、就寝中も含め毎日ウェアラブルデバイスを装着することが可能な者
4.ウェアラブルデバイスのアプリケーションをインストールできるスマートフォン端末を所有しており、研究で用いるウェアラブルデバイスとアプリケーションに関する利用規約に同意できる者
5.研究の目的・内容の十分な説明を受け、同意能力があり、よく理解した上で自発的に試験への参加を志願し、試験参加に同意した者

1.Japanese men aged 20 to 59 at the time of obtaining web consent.
2.Subjects who regularly consume alcohol at least once a week.
3.Subjects who can wear a wearable device every day during the observation period, including while sleeping.
4.Subjects who own a smartphone capable of installing applications for wearable devices and who can agree to the terms of use for the wearable devices and applications used in this study.
5.Subjects who have been fully explained the purpose and contents of the study, are capable of consenting, fully understand the content, and voluntarily volunteer to participate in the study and agree to participate in the study.

1.ペースメーカーや薬剤等、心拍に影響を及ぼしうる機器や薬を利用している者
2.現在、何らかの重篤な疾患により投薬治療又は通院治療を行っている者
3.現在、医師の管理下において、運動又は食事療法を行っている者
4.ウェアラブルデバイスの装着により皮膚炎等を生じるおそれのある湿疹、アレルギー、敏感肌等の症状を有する者
5.薬物依存、アルコール依存の現病又は既往のある者
6.精神障害(うつ病等)や睡眠障害(不眠症、睡眠時無呼吸症候群等)で通院中、又は過去に精神疾患の既往がある者
7.現在、妊娠又は授乳中の者、又は試験期間中にその可能性がある者
8.飲酒・生活アンケートへの記録遵守が困難な者
9.その他、研究機関責任者、試験受託機関又は試験協力機関が、試験への参加が適当でないと判断した者

1.Subjects who use devices, such as pacemakers, or medications that may affect their heart rate.
2.Subjects who are taking medication or under medical treatment.
3.Subjects who are under exercise therapy or dietetic therapy.
4.Subjects with conditions such as eczema, allergies, or sensitive skin that may cause dermatitis or other skin problems when wearing a wearable device.
5.Subjects with a current or past history of drug or alcohol dependence.
6.Subjects who are hospitalized for mental disorders (depression, etc.) or sleep disorders(insomnia, sleep apnea, etc.), or have a history of mental disorders in the past.
7.Subjects who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding, or who may become pregnant or start breastfeeding during the study period.
8.Subjects who have difficulty recording their alcohol consumption and lifestyle habits as required by the Alcohol Consumption and Lifestyle Questionnaire.
8. Subjects who have difficulty complying with recording information on alcohol consumption and lifestyle questionnaires.
9.In addition, subjects whom the head of a research institution, a contract research organization, or a joint research organization determines to be unsuitable for participation in the relevant study.
