目的/Objectives

日本語
本試験では児の皮膚状態やアレルギー素因、環境条件、各地域・家庭におけるスキンケア習慣などの違いを考慮しながら、養育者と医療者との間で児のスキンケアについて相談するコミュニケーションツールを作成し、それを使用したスキンケアプラン作成プログラムを実施し、養育者の育児自信に加えて、養育者のスキンケアの継続率、児の皮膚状態を評価し実用性を検討する。

In this study, we will develop a communication tool to facilitate discussions between parents and healthcare professionals regarding infants' skincare, taking into account differences in infants' skin conditions, allergic factors, environmental conditions, and skincare habits in various regions and households. We will then implement a program for creating skincare plans using this tool and evaluate parents' confidence in childcare, their adherence to the skincare regimen, and the infants' skin conditions to assess the tool's practicality.
