埼玉医科大学総合医療センターに搬送され手術適応となった20歳以上のAmerican Spinal Injury Association分類 C/Dの頚損患者
本研究への参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、研究対象患者本人の自由意思による文書同意を得られた方

Patients aged 20 or older with cervical spinal cord injury (classified as ASIA C or D) who were transported to Saitama Medical Center and determined to require surgery.
Individuals who received a full explanation regarding participation in this study, demonstrated sufficient understanding, and provided written informed consent based on their own free will.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1) 気胸・頭部外傷
2) 四肢の外傷（骨折・神経障害）
3) 日本語を話さない
4) 意識障害あり（評価困難な場合）
5) 他の臨床試験登録患者
6) 希死念慮など精神疾患の合併
7) 他の四肢外傷の合併
8) 血液疾患の既往
9) NMDA受容体拮抗作用薬を内服をしている患者
10) 文書による同意を得られなかった者
11) 同意撤回した者
12) その他、研究責任者が不適と判断した者

1) Pneumothorax or head trauma
2) Trauma to the limbs (fractures or nerve injuries)
3) Non-Japanese speakers
4) Impaired consciousness (making assessment difficult)
5) Patients already enrolled in another clinical trial
6) Comorbid psychiatric disorders (e.g., suicidal ideation)
7) Comorbid limb trauma
8) History of blood disorders
9) Patients taking NMDA receptor antagonists
10) Individuals who did not provide written informed consent
11) Individuals who withdrew consent
12) Any other individuals deemed unsuitable by the principal investigator
