術前に得られる情報のみから、病理学的にpT2N0（Stage IB相当）である可能性を推定する統計学的スコアリングシステムを開発し、その判別能・較正・臨床的有用性を検証する。

2000年4月1日から2026年3月31日までの間に、当院消化器外科において胃癌に対する外科的切除術を施行された症例のうち、病理学的T因子がT2またはT3であり、かつ病理学的N因子がN0またはN1である症例。

Patients who underwent gastrectomy for gastric cancer at our department of gastroenterological surgery between April 1, 2000, and March 31, 2026, with pathological T factor of T2 or T3 and pathological N factor of N0 or N1.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

①術前化学療法を施行された症例、②腹膜播種陽性（腹腔洗浄細胞診陽性を含む）の症例、③遠隔転移（M1）陽性の症例、④R2切除（肉眼的遺残あり）の症例、⑤神経内分泌癌等の特殊組織型の症例。

Patients meeting any of the following criteria were excluded: (1) receipt of neoadjuvant chemotherapy; (2) positive peritoneal cytology or seeding; (3) distant metastasis (M1); (4) R2 resection; (5) special histological type, including neuroendocrine carcinoma.

本研究は単一施設（当院消化器外科）における後方視的観察研究であり、診療録および院内胃癌データベースに記録された既存の診療情報のみを用いる。新たな検査・治療・侵襲的手技は一切行わない。
対象者への同意取得は、後方視的研究であることから個別同意を得ることが困難であるため、オプトアウト（研究実施についての情報を公開し、拒否の機会を保障する）方式による。

This is a single-center retrospective observational study conducted at the Department of Gastroenterological Surgery, Kameda Medical Center, using only pre-existing clinical information recorded in medical records and the institutional gastric cancer database. No additional tests, treatments, or invasive procedures are performed for the purposes of this study.
Given the retrospective nature of the study, obtaining individual informed consent from each patient is not feasible; an opt-out method is therefore used, whereby information about the study is publicly disclosed and patients are given the opportunity to decline participation.
