(1) 母親
研究協力機関で出生し、生後1-2か月児を養育している母親とする。乳児の新生児治療室の入院歴の有無、パートナーの有無は問わない。日本語でWebアンケートに回答可能な者を対象とする。
(2) パートナー
上記の母親の配偶者または同居して育児に関与している者とする。日本語でWebアンケートに回答可能な者を対象とする。
(3) 看護職
研究協力が得られた医療施設に勤務し、妊娠期から生後1-2か月までの乳児とその家族の支援に携わる看護職とする。日本語でWebアンケートに回答可能な者を対象とする。
・産科外来の助産師・看護師
・産科病棟の助産師・看護師
・新生児治療室の看護師・助産師
・小児科外来の助産師・看護師（1か月児健康診査、新生児治療室退院後フォローアップ等に従事する看護職）

(1) Mothers
Mothers who gave birth at a participating institution and are caring for an infant aged 1-2 months. Mothers are eligible regardless of whether their infant has a history of admission to a neonatal care unit and regardless of whether they have a partner. Participants must be able to complete the web-based questionnaire in Japanese.

(2) Partners
The spouse or an individual who lives with the mother described above and is involved in childcare. Participants must be able to complete the web-based questionnaire in Japanese.

(3) Nursing professionals
Nursing professionals working at participating medical institutions who are involved in providing support to infants aged 1-2 months and their families from pregnancy through the infant's first 1-2 months of life. Participants must be able to complete the web-based questionnaire in Japanese.

Midwives and nurses working in obstetric outpatient departments
Midwives and nurses working in obstetric wards
Nurses and midwives working in neonatal care units
Midwives and nurses working in pediatric outpatient departments, including those involved in one-month infant health checkups and follow-up care after discharge from neonatal care units

本研究は、産後1～2か月の乳児とその養育者（母親・パートナー）および看護職を対象とした多施設横断調査である。Webアンケートを用いて、乳児と養育者の睡眠状況、睡眠に関する困りごと、支援ニーズ、情報源・相談先、睡眠支援の実施状況および重要度等を調査する。また、看護職を対象に、睡眠支援の実施時期、実施内容、工夫点、実施困難性、パートナーへの支援状況および睡眠支援に対する要望等を調査する。得られたデータを用いて、養育者と看護職の睡眠支援に対するニーズおよび実践状況を比較し、支援上の課題と優先すべき支援項目を検討する。

This is a multicenter cross-sectional survey of infants aged 1-2 months and their caregivers (mothers and partners), as well as nursing professionals. A web-based questionnaire will be used to assess infant and caregiver sleep status, concerns regarding sleep, support needs, sources of information and consultation, and the implementation and perceived importance of sleep support. Nursing professionals will also be surveyed regarding the timing and content of sleep support, strategies used, difficulties in providing support, support provided to partners, and requests regarding sleep support. The data will be used to compare sleep support needs and practices between caregivers and nursing professionals and to identify issues and priority areas for sleep support.
