本研究では水治療や物理療法による温熱・寒冷刺激がせん断波イメージングで得られる筋弾性と粘性に与える影響を検討し，温度を操作する筋コンディショニングの効果判定を筋弾性・粘性から実施可能かを明らかにすることを目的とする．

単回の温熱刺激を行う．刺激方法は入浴，加圧循環式（GAME READY Med4 Elete，Avanos Medical），超音波治療器（UST-770，伊藤超短波），ラジオ波（Physio Radio Stim PRO, 酒井医療），ホットパック（MHR-2f，ミナト医科学）のいずれかを使用する．刺激量は15分で対象部位の皮膚温度を約４℃変化させることを目標として適切な刺激強度を設定する．

A single session of thermal stimulation is administered. The stimulation method uses one of the following: a bath, a pressurized circulation system (GAME READY Med4 Elite, Avanos Medical), an ultrasound therapy device (UST-770, Ito Ultrashort Wave), radiofrequency (Physio Radio Stim PRO, Sakai Medical), or a hot pack (MHR-2f, Minato Medical Science). The stimulation intensity is set appropriately with the goal of changing the skin temperature at the target site by approximately 4 degrees over a 15-minute period.
