Healthy male and female subjects aged 30 years or older and younger than 60 years

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) 重度なアトピー性皮膚炎を発症している方。
2) ホルモン補充療法を受けている方。
3) 化粧品や薬物に対してアレルギー既往がある方、および皮膚が敏感な方。
4) 妊娠中あるいは妊娠している可能性のある方、および授乳中の方。
5) 重篤な心・腎・肝障害、循環器疾患が疑われる、またはその既往がある方。
6) 前腕内側部にケミカルピーリングやレーザー治療、医師より処方された薬（ハイドロキノン、高濃度ビタミンC 、レチノイン酸）の使用など、皮膚機能に影響を与える治療を受けている方、ないし3 か月以内にそれらの治療を受けた方。
7) 他の臨床試験に参加している方。
8) 前腕内側部に大きな傷やイボ、発疹がある方。
9) その他、試験担当者が試験参加に不適切とした方。

1) Subjects with severe atopic dermatitis.
2) Subjects receiving hormone therapy.
3) Subjects with a history of allergy to cosmetics or medications, or those with self-reported sensitive skin.
4) Subjects who are pregnant, may be pregnant, or are breastfeeding.
5) Subjects with severe cardiac, renal, or hepatic disease, suspected cardiovascular disease, or a history of any of these conditions.
6) Subjects who are currently undergoing, or have undergone within the previous 3 months, treatments that affect skin function on the volar forearm, including chemical peels, laser treatments, or physician-prescribed medications (e.g. hydroquinone, high-concentration vitamin C preparations, or retinoic acid).
7) Subjects currently participating in another clinical trial.
8) Subjects with extensive wounds, warts, and/or rashes on the volar forearm.
9) Subjects deemed unsuitable for participation in the trial by the principal investigator.
