目的/Objectives

日本語
妊婦患者における妊娠後期時と非妊娠時におけるCT画像を比較し，妊娠後期妊婦における脊椎の形態学的特徴の検討・抽出を行う。また形態学的特徴の検討結果を用いて，妊娠後期妊婦への脊髄くも膜下麻酔施行において，穿刺成功率が高いと考えられる穿刺部位・穿刺方法の検討を行う。

We will compare CT images of pregnant patients taken during the third trimester with those taken when they were not pregnant, and examine and identify the morphological characteristics of the spine in women during the third trimester. Furthermore, using the results of this morphological analysis, we will investigate the puncture sites and techniques that are likely to yield a high success rate when performing spinal anesthesia on women in the third trimester.

① 妊娠28週以降の妊娠中に，当院で撮像範囲に腰椎から骨盤を含むCT検査を施行された患者
② 分娩後9週間の期間を除く非妊娠時に，撮像範囲に腰椎から骨盤を含むCT検査を施行された患者

1. Patients who underwent a CT scan at this hospital during pregnancy at 28 weeks or later, with the imaging range covering the lumbar spine through the pelvis
2. Patients who underwent a CT scan during a non-pregnancy period (excluding the 9-week period following delivery), with the imaging range covering the lumbar spine through the pelvis

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

② その他、研究責任者が研究対象者（参加者）として不適当と判断した者

1. Patients with a history of spinal surgery or spinal lesions

妊娠28週以降の妊娠後期時と非妊娠時の両方で腰椎から骨盤を撮像範囲に含むCT検査を施行された患者を電子カルテから抽出し，妊娠後期時と非妊娠時の脊椎形態を比較することで妊娠後期妊婦における脊椎の形態学的特徴を抽出する。抽出した形態学的特徴から，妊娠後期妊婦における脊髄くも膜下麻酔穿刺における穿刺成功率が高いと考えられる穿刺部位・穿刺方法の検討を行う。

We will extract from the electronic medical records patients who underwent CT scans covering the lumbar spine and pelvis during the third trimester (28 weeks or later) and during non-pregnancy, and identify the morphological characteristics of the spine in third-trimester pregnant women by comparing spinal morphology between the third trimester and non-pregnancy. Based on the extracted morphological characteristics, we will investigate the puncture sites and techniques that are likely to result in a high success rate for epidural anesthesia in pregnant women during the third trimester.
