本研究の目的は、標準化された全身型マッサージチェア刺激が閉経後女性の末梢微小循環に及ぼす急性影響を、2次元レーザー血流画像装置を用いて定量的に評価することである。特に、前腕掌側および下腿前面における皮膚微小血流の時間的変化を、介入前ならびに介入終了直後から30分後まで評価する。

The purpose of this study is to quantitatively evaluate the acute effects of standardized whole-body massage chair stimulation on peripheral microcirculation in postmenopausal women using two-dimensional laser blood flow imaging. In particular, temporal changes in cutaneous microvascular blood flow at the volar forearm and anterior lower leg will be evaluated before the intervention and from immediately after the intervention to 30 min after its completion.

前腕掌側におけるROI内平均皮膚血流値（FLOW）の時間的変化。2次元レーザー血流画像装置（OZ-2STD, OMEGAZONE）を用い、Pre（介入前安静後）、Post0（介入終了直後）、Post5（介入終了5分後）、Post10（介入終了10分後）、Post30（介入終了30分後）に測定する。主要解析では、マッサージチェア条件と安静対照条件における条件×時点交互作用を評価する。

Temporal changes in mean cutaneous blood flow (FLOW) within a predefined region of interest at the volar forearm. Measurements will be obtained using a two-dimensional laser blood flow imaging system (OZ-2STD, OMEGAZONE) at Pre, immediately after the intervention (Post0), and 5 (Post5), 10 (Post10), and 30 min (Post30) after the intervention. The primary analysis will evaluate the condition-by-time interaction between the massage chair and resting control conditions.

第1期に20分間の全身型マッサージチェア条件を実施する。マッサージチェア条件では、市販の全身型マッサージチェアを使用し、背部ローラーによるもみ、たたき、もみたたき、および下肢、足部、腰部、肩部、上肢へのエアバッグ圧迫を含む20分間の自動全身プログラムを実施する。刺激強度は参加者が強すぎないが十分な刺激と感じる中等度に設定し、同一参加者内では同じ設定を使用する。ヒーター機能は使用しない。48時間以上のウォッシュアウト期間の後、第2期に20分間の安静対照条件を実施する。安静対照条件では同一のマッサージチェアに着座するが、ローラーおよびエアバッグ機能を作動させない。

In Period 1, participants undergo a 20-min whole-body massage chair condition. A commercially available whole-body massage chair is used with a standardized automatic program including back-roller kneading, tapping, combined kneading and tapping, and airbag compression of the lower limbs, feet, waist, shoulders, and upper limbs. Stimulation intensity is set at a moderate level perceived by the participant as sufficiently stimulating but not excessively strong and is kept constant within each participant. The heater function is not used. After a washout period of at least 48 h, participants undergo a 20-min resting control condition in Period 2. During the control condition, participants remain seated in the same massage chair without activation of the roller or airbag functions.

介入2/Interventions/Control_2

第1期に20分間の安静対照条件を実施する。安静対照条件では、参加者は同一のマッサージチェアに20分間着座し、ローラーおよびエアバッグ機能を作動させない。48時間以上のウォッシュアウト期間の後、第2期に20分間の全身型マッサージチェア条件を実施する。マッサージチェア条件の内容および刺激設定は介入1と同一とする。

In Period 1, participants undergo a 20-min resting control condition while seated in the same massage chair without activation of the roller or airbag functions. After a washout period of at least 48 h, participants undergo the 20-min whole-body massage chair condition in Period 2. The massage chair procedures and stimulation settings are identical to those described for Intervention 1.

3. 研究内容を理解し、文書による研究参加同意を取得できる者

2. Postmenopausal women who have experienced no menstruation for at least 12 months.
3. Individuals who understand the study procedures and are able to provide written informed consent.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1. 医師よりマッサージ機器の使用を制限されている者
2. 重篤な心血管疾患または重篤な不整脈を有する者
3. 下肢または測定部位に急性炎症、創傷、または強い疼痛を有する者
4. 研究責任者が安全に介入を実施することが困難と判断した者

1. Individuals who have been advised by a physician to restrict the use of massage devices.
2. Individuals with severe cardiovascular disease or severe arrhythmia.
3. Individuals with acute inflammation, wounds, or severe pain in the lower limbs or measurement sites.
4. Individuals judged by the principal investigator to be unable to safely undergo the intervention.
