SALA失語症検査の呼称課題における正答数、言い誤りの出現頻度、および呼称時に産生された迂言の内容とその出現頻度。評価は研究参加時の呼称課題実施時に行う。

Number of correct responses, frequency of speech errors, and the content and frequency of circumlocutory responses produced during the SALA picture-naming tasks. These outcomes are assessed during the picture-naming tasks at the study visit.

研究参加時に1回、基本情報に関するアンケート、日本語版Mini-Mental State Examination（MMSE-J）、SALA失語症検査の呼称Ⅰ、および研究者らが選定した単語を用いて作成した絵呼称課題（呼称Ⅱ）を実施する。MMSE-Jは約5分、呼称Ⅰおよび呼称Ⅱはそれぞれ約10～15分を要する。呼称課題では、コンピュータ画面に提示された絵を1枚ずつ呼称するよう求め、参加者の発話を音声記録する。

Participants undergo a single study session consisting of a questionnaire on basic demographic information, the Japanese version of the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE-J), the Naming I subtest of the Sophia Analysis of Language in Aphasia (SALA), and a study-specific picture-naming task (Naming II) developed by the research team using selected target words. The MMSE-J takes approximately 5 minutes, and each naming task takes approximately 10-15 minutes. During the naming tasks, participants are asked to name pictures presented one at a time on a computer screen, and their verbal responses are audio-recorded.

140名を組み入れ、MMSE-Jが24点未満の2名を除外し、138名を解析した。SALA呼称Iの平均正答率は89.7%、平均言い誤り率は9.2%で、1,191件の言い誤りのうち意味性錯語が最も多かった。呼称成績および言い誤り率には年齢群差を認めた。また、健常成人でも迂言が認められ、その内容は複数の意味的特徴に分類可能であった。研究成果の一部は学会発表および論文等で公表している。

A total of 140 participants were enrolled, and 138 were analysed after excluding two participants with MMSE-J scores below 24. Mean naming accuracy was 89.7%, and the mean speech-error rate was 9.2%. Semantic paraphasias were the most frequent error type, and naming performance differed across age groups. Circumlocutions were also observed in healthy adults and could be classified according to several semantic characteristics. Parts of the findings have been presented or published previously.

最終解析対象は138名で、男性64名、女性74名であった。年齢群別では、20-34歳26名、35-64歳61名、65-74歳25名、75歳以上26名であった。教育年数は平均13.9±1.7年であった。

SALA失語症検査「呼称I」における平均正答率は89.7±8.1%、参加者単位の平均言い誤り率は9.2±5.7%であった。13,077件の呼称反応から1,191件の言い誤りが抽出され、意味性錯語が782件（65.7%）と最も多かった。呼称正答率は年齢群間で有意差を認めた。言い誤り率についても年齢群間で有意差を認めた。意味的に関連する言い誤りでは同カテゴリー語および上位概念語が多く、音韻的に関連する言い誤りでは置換が最も多かった。

In the SALA Naming I task, mean naming accuracy was 89.7 +/- 8.1%, and the mean participant-level speech-error rate was 9.2 +/- 5.7%. A total of 1,191 speech-error tokens were identified among 13,077 naming responses, with Semantic paraphasias being the most frequent type (782 errors, 65.7%). Naming accuracy differed significantly across age groups, as did speech-error rate. Coordinate and Superordinate responses were frequent among semantically related errors, whereas Substitutions were the most frequent pattern among phonologically related errors.
