透析日と非透析日のたんぱく質、脂質、n-3系多価不飽和脂肪酸、n-6系多価不飽和脂肪酸、炭水化物、食物繊維、アルコール、カリウム、カルシウム、マグネシウム、リン、鉄、亜鉛、銅、マンガン、ビタミンＡ，ビタミンＤ，ビタミンＥ、ビタミンＫ、ビタミンＢ1、ビタミンＢ2、ナイアシン、ビタミンＢ6、ビタミンＢ12、葉酸、パントテン酸、ビタミンＣの各摂取量と各食品の摂取頻度

The intake of protein, lipid, n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, n-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids, carbohydrate, dietary fiber, alcohol, potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin K, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, niacin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, folic acid, pantothenic acid, vitamin C, and the frequency of consumption of each food on dialysis and non-dialysis days.

１．年齢18歳以上の者
２．血液透析歴1年以上の者
３．週3回の通院透析（血液透析または血液透析濾過）を実施している者

1. Individuals aged 18 years or older
2. Individuals with at least 1 year of dialysis vintage
3. Outpatients undergoing dialysis (hemodialysis or hemodiafiltration) with three times a week
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
１．1回あたりの透析時間が4時間未満もしくは6時間以上の者
２．食事提供を伴う施設に入所している者
３．腹膜透析を併用している者
４．悪性新生物にて加療中の者
５．認知機能低下により読み書きが困難な者

1. A dialysis sessions are less than 4 hours or 6 hours or longer each time
2. Residence in facilities with meal servise
3. Combined peritoneal dialysis
4. Ongoing treatment for malignant neoplasms
5. Difficulty reading or writing due to impaired cognitive function.
